Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records in Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will handle various bookkeeping tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain financial information.
- Monitor and record all transaction details utilizing bookkeeping software.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.
- Manage payables and receivables including issuing and processing invoices.
- Process payroll for employees timely and correctly.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a monthly basis.
- Assist with filing tax returns and managing year-end financial reporting.
