Role Overview

As a Branch Manager at Ascend Bizcap's Ludhiana branch, you will oversee sales and collection functions to ensure smooth branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate sales and collection activities within the branch.
Develop effective partnerships with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (EV OEMs) and dealerships located within the designated territory.
Achieve defined sales and collection goals consistently.
Recruit new employees and conduct comprehensive training sessions for team development.
Generate daily performance reports and maintain management information systems (MIS) accurately.
Gather and analyze customer feedback regularly to enhance service satisfaction.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from 18000 to 35000 INR.
