About The Team
The Brand Design team at Decagon is responsible for shaping the company’s visual identity and public perception. Our goal is to translate complex technology into clear, confident branding across campaigns, digital content, websites, and key brand moments. We prioritize design excellence, storytelling, cohesion, and brand growth into new areas while reinforcing core messaging. Role Overview
As a Brand Designer, you will be central to how Decagon visually communicates its brand—crafting narrative, distinguishing the company, and guiding brand evolution as we grow. You will engage with marketing-led branding initiatives that shape public perception and fuel growth, delivering foundational brand work and high-profile projects. This role is suited for designers passionate about storytelling, energised by fast-moving settings, and motivated to thoughtfully build a brand beyond simply delivering assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and art direct top-tier brand assets across various platforms such as campaigns, website, sales collateral, videos, events, social media, and internal communications.
- Evolve and broaden Decagon’s brand design system to ensure consistency while exploring innovative visual expressions.
- Participate in brand strategy and messaging development, converting these concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Apply systems thinking with meticulous attention to detail in developing layouts, concepts, and executions.
- Adapt quickly to feedback across multiple projects, balancing rapid iteration with high polish.
- Introduce creative inspiration and references that elevate Decagon’s brand distinctiveness.
- Uphold quality and consistency among all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in brand design, art direction, and marketing-driven creative roles.
- A portfolio showing strong visual taste, storytelling ability, and strategic brand thinking.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with curiosity about AI design tools and models.
- Experience designing for marketing channels including websites, campaigns, presentations, events, and content.
- Solid fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Capability to interpret briefs and deliver thoughtful, brand-aligned creative work.
- Comfort working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and fast timelines.
Preferred Skills
- An interest in technology and AI-focused companies (direct AI experience not mandatory).
- Some ability in filming and editing content for social media is desirable.

Compensation
The salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
