Role Overview

This Senior Growth Analyst position seeks an experienced professional to collaborate with various stakeholders, independently manage and analyze complex business challenges, and derive actionable insights through data analytics to stimulate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with fellow analysts and work autonomously when needed.
• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business functions, translate challenges into analytical questions, and develop insightful data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and interpret vast datasets from internal and external sources to address intricate business issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in analytics-centric roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, advanced Excel functions, and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI for at least 3 years.
• Demonstrated expertise in extracting meaningful insights and communicating data narratives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both peers and senior leadership vertically and laterally.
• Proven experience employing quantitative and statistical methodologies to build analytical solutions.
