Overview
United Plywoods is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their team at the Vishwakarma Industrial Area in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities in the laminates, louvers, plywood, and building materials segment by fostering strong client and dealer relationships and boosting sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads via cold calling, networking with dealers, referrals, and comprehensive market research.
- Develop and sustain relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, and distributors to enhance client network.
- Deliver product presentations, draft quotations, and conduct deal negotiations to successful closures.
- Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals consistently.
- Keep accurate CRM records and actively pursue all leads.
- Collaborate internally to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry exhibitions.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to company management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development is ideal; however, freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and relationship development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience or background in sectors like building materials, telecom, pharmaceuticals, construction, or comparable B2B product industries is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹22,000 to ₹25,000.
