About the Role
Leon Job Solutions invites applications for the position of Agency Development Manager to work with reputed private insurance companies Kotak Life and Max Life Insurance. This role involves leading and managing a team of advisors to expand insurance sales under the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of advisors for achieving insurance sales targets.
- Engage actively in field work and team coordination.
- Drive growth and development within the agency sales channel.
Candidate Profile
- Must have strong skills in team handling and field operations.
- Any graduate are eligible to apply.
- Sales or insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Local candidates (from Delhi-NCR) are given preference.
Compensation and Benefits
