About the Role
Acumen GPS India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B corporate sales. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new corporate clients through effective B2B sales strategies.
- Establish and nurture productive partnerships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Lead client engagements, including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Explore and capitalize on emerging market opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed sales documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of an MBA, preferably in Marketing or International Business.
- At least two years of experience in corporate B2B sales with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentations, negotiations, and interpersonal relations.
- Strong aptitude for business development and client relationship management.
- Self-driven, focused on targets, and willing to travel as needed for client meetings.
Compensation Details
The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 25,000 and 40,000 INR.
