Accountabilities

• Work with business partners to find automation, analytics, and AI use cases that improve operational performance and generate measurable outcomes.
• Build, enhance, support, and tune solutions with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL-driven datasets, and reporting tools that help teams make informed decisions.
• Use AI-enabled features in a responsible way while adhering to governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve visibility, productivity, and the end-user experience.
• Record solution details, encourage adoption across teams, and keep improving tools based on changing business needs.
• Collaborate across functions to improve operational workflows and identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in analytics, information systems, business intelligence, or a related area.
• Practical experience using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Background in delivering automation, reporting, or analytics solutions for business users.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with a knack for turning complex needs into workable solutions.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, data protection principles, and responsible AI practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams integrations, or Microsoft AI tools is an added advantage.
• Understanding of operational performance metrics and service delivery environments is beneficial.
