Business Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager to enhance and scale our EMEA Delivery organization within a dynamic SaaS environment. This position centers on advancing operational excellence, governance, workforce and capacity planning, performance management, and leveraging AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee governance frameworks, operational rhythms, and performance reporting systems.
• Lead initiatives in headcount planning, workforce forecasting, capacity management, and resource deployment.
• Create and track KPIs related to utilization, delivery outcomes, profit margins, customer satisfaction, and project status health.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Legal, and Delivery leadership to inform strategic business decisions.
• Deliver executive-level analyses through comprehensive data evaluation, reporting, and business modeling.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation efforts, and integrate AI-enabled solutions to optimize operations.
• Address and resolve operational issues affecting delivery and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Operations, Delivery Operations, Professional Services Operations, or Delivery Management roles.
• Proven background in SaaS, technology services, consulting, or professional services sectors.
• Expertise in workforce planning, utilization analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and business modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated skills partnering with senior leadership and driving impactful business decisions.
• Experience establishing governance and performance management frameworks.
• Advanced analytical capability including hands-on experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and data-centric reporting.
• Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder relationship management.
