Job Overview
Join the team at Zoroko Brand Of Food Lovers Franchisee as Cafe Staff in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves assisting in kitchen operations, customer service on the floor, and managing opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support kitchen setup and assist the chef especially during busy periods, adhering to closing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide customer service on the cafe floor by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, and maintaining cleanliness and table readiness.
- Perform opening SOP tasks including preparing the cafe area, ensuring the billing counter is ready, and managing inventory.
- Exhibit willingness to learn and demonstrate commitment to workplace responsibilities.
