Position Overview
The Captain - Banquets role at The Ritz-Carlton in Doha, Qatar, focuses on creating memorable dining experiences beyond just serving food. Our team members are dedicated to making every guest interaction a seamless and pleasant part of their overall visit, ensuring top-notch service in food and beverage presentation.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves multiple service activities including setting tables, communicating directly with kitchen staff, engaging with guests to deliver a personalized service experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces and supplies. Team members are expected to be physically active, capable of standing, walking, and managing various task movements such as lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds independently, or up to 50 pounds with assistance, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
