Sparrows Leura is seeking another skilled Chef to become part of its kitchen team. The venue offers a lively, welcoming workplace with a supportive Head Chef and a close-knit crew that works together like family. This is a strong opportunity for a professional chef who enjoys a busy, high-energy kitchen environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-moving commercial kitchen.
• Work across a range of cuisines and cooking styles.
• Manage your own section and maintain a consistently high standard throughout service.
• Contribute to the delivery of modern, innovative food.
• Maintain excellent food presentation and quality at all times.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to work 5 days within a 7-day operation.
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent level of trade experience.
• A flexible attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Professional grooming and pride in personal presentation.
• Solid knowledge of food hygiene standards and compliance.
• Availability to work a rotating roster from Monday through Sunday.
• Approximate working hours of 38 per week.
