About the Role
Infinity Law Group LLP, a fast-growing law firm based in Silicon Valley, is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the firm's business operations and help steer organizational growth. The COO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to fulfill the firm's long-term strategic vision.
This leadership position focuses on managing all non-legal business areas such as finance, human resources, marketing, IT, facilities, and administration. The COO will enhance operational efficiency, develop effective teams, establish scalable processes, and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth and maintain a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all non-legal operational departments including finance, HR, marketing, IT, facilities, and administrative functions.
- Drive operational excellence and implement scalable processes to support firm growth.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams fostering a collaborative workplace environment.
- Partner with firm leadership to execute strategic initiatives and maintain exceptional client service standards.

Compensation
