Job Overview

In the role of Clinical Data Coordinator I, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of patient data for Health Outcomes Centers (HOC). You will collect data promptly and precisely, working under the supervision of the Department Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy teams to secure prior authorization approvals for specialty medications.
  • Oversee the capture and monitoring of clinical data from various sources.
  • Keep patient status updated using HIPAA-compliant electronic database systems.

  • Prepare daily clinic schedules by identifying appointment types and readying patient charts, including pre-registering and screening for program eligibility.
  • Manage patient registrations and report any issues to the HOC Director.
  • Escalate significant problems regarding study sites or patients appropriately.
  • Deliver excellent customer service internally and externally, ensuring concerns are addressed before completing interactions, and assist other departments when necessary.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
  • At least one year of healthcare experience required.
