Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure clinical trials proceed as planned.
• Oversee budgeting processes, forecast finances, and monitor costs across multiple vendors and partners.
• Coordinate efforts with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), investigative sites, and internal teams for seamless study execution.
• Identify potential operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the trial phases.
• Apply your clinical expertise to AI training projects advancing healthcare research methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing clinical trial projects, including budget and timeline oversight.
• Strong collaboration skills with CROs, external vendors, and multidisciplinary research teams.
• Ability to multitask across various workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing uncertainty and resolving operational challenges with clear decision-making.
• Self-motivated and dependable when operating independently in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with AI applications or research in healthcare.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including ICH-GCP guidelines or clinical data management.
