About Genxt Medtech Pvt. Ltd
Genxt Medtech Private Limited specializes in the design, development, and manufacture of high-precision implantable medical devices, particularly advanced dental implant systems and associated surgical instrumentation. The firm focuses on precision engineering, material science, advanced surface treatment, and maintains production compliant with quality and regulatory standards. They plan to expand into orthopedic, spine, and other implantable device areas.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and set up Sliding Head CNC machinery.
- Execute machining according to detailed engineering drawings.
- Ensure CNC machines function following company protocols.
- Continuously monitor machine operations and adjust settings to improve output quality.
- Conduct daily inspections to verify machinery performance.
- Document all operational and quality details in production logs.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI Turner certification or equivalent technical qualification is mandatory.
- Possession of an engineering diploma or certificate is beneficial.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and mathematics.
