Role Overview
The Community Manager will focus on actively engaging with trending content across major social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram. This role involves positioning the brand within relevant social conversations extending beyond their owned channels, with a keen emphasis on cultural relevance and current trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage by commenting on trending posts, mainly on TikTok.
- Conduct daily monitoring for brand-centric content and keywords to uncover interactive opportunities, including active campaigns.
- Track and interact with user-generated content and influencer posts.
- Share relevant TikTok material to boost community involvement and reach.
- Adapt keyword monitoring based on ongoing marketing efforts and brand sponsorships.
- Perform daily content audits to identify real-time engagement moments.
- Collaborate closely with the social creative team to redistribute approved user content on Instagram Stories.
- Capitalize on viral trends and discussions to maintain strong cultural resonance for the brand.
- Listen and monitor social platforms for emerging issues such as negative sentiment or risks, escalating concerns promptly to internal teams.
Candidate Profile
- Authentic enthusiasm for social media, with comprehensive knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, culture, and appropriate tone.
- Proven background in community management, preferably within a fast-moving agency setting.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities to develop engaging, timely content relevant to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and flair for crafting personality-rich writing.
- Adept at managing multiple client voices and tailoring tone specific to each platform.
