Construction Painter

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare construction surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and applying primer.
• Perform application of paint, coatings, and finishing layers on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and other surfaces.
• Execute painting assignments at various construction sites, including work at elevations such as high-rise buildings.
• Deliver quality finishing that meets project specifications and standards.
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and company standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and ensure cleanliness of the work area.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant painting experience within the construction field.
• Capable of working safely at heights.
• Physically capable of enduring outdoor construction environment conditions.
• Experience or familiarity with using scaffolding, ladders, gondolas, or boom lifts.
• Basic understanding and commitment to workplace safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and collaborate effectively within a team.
