Overview
We are seeking a well-organized and communicative Customer Coordinator to join our team in Morrinsville, Waikato. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in communications, administration, stakeholder engagement, or customer support. You will play an essential role in facilitating communication between customers, communities, and project teams involved in delivering regional infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage customer and stakeholder communications related to planned projects and works.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing timely resolutions.
- Draft and prepare communication materials such as notifications, letters, and updates.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local councils, community groups, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records, databases, and reports.
- Support operational and project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a tertiary qualification in communications, business administration, marketing, public relations, media, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Display exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Show confidence in building relationships with a broad range of people.
- Be detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
