About Resonance CX Partners and the Opportunity

This position is with a pharmacy services employer offering a remote Customer Service Representative role within the United States.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Hourly wage up to 13.50 USD
- Flexible scheduling within a 24/7 operational framework, including weekends and holidays
- Work remotely from any location within the US
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance benefits while managing a workload of at least 8 cases per hour
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and analytical accuracy while navigating multiple software systems concurrently
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring precise and efficient processing of complex prescription orders
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Healthcare Operations
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Computer proficiency with ability to multitask across various platforms during live calls
- Availability to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy services customer service roles
