Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the customer service functions in our cable management manufacturing company. The role involves managing the customer service team and collaborating closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse departments to ensure accurate order handling, prompt deliveries, and high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the customer service team.
• Address customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and perform follow-up communications.
• Handle the processing of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery scheduling, and related documentations.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee timely order completion.
• Provide customers with order updates and swiftly resolve complaints or issues related to deliveries.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records and compile reports on orders and deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and meet customer specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order handling within a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience in a supervisory position is preferred.
• Strong preference for experience related to Cable Tray Fabrication and Cable Management Systems.
• Familiarity with cable trays, cable ladders, trunking, and associated accessories is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP software, email communication, and general business correspondence.
• Excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, capable of multitasking, and thriving under pressure.
