Overview
Cogent E Services Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated candidates to fill the role of Customer Support Executive in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role covers positions in both Voice and Sales processes, where individuals will assist customers, resolve queries, and promote company services.
Core Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, providing detailed product and service information.
- Recognize customer requirements, deliver clear explanations, and successfully conclude sales transactions.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing issues effectively.
- Meet and surpass assigned sales objectives and targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational attainment of at least completion of 12th grade.
- Applicants aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Strong English and Hindi communication capabilities.
- Skill to manage customer inquiries and offer suitable solutions.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in customer service or sales, though not compulsory.
