About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Examine, document, and assess current business operations to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and areas for enhancement.
- Create detailed workflows and business process documentation illustrating both present and future states.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements and outline process improvement projects.
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance metrics to spot trends, identify root causes, and propose improvements.
- Design and sustain metrics, dashboards, and reports to assist in monitoring process performance and support decision-making.
- Assist in automation and optimization efforts through proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, Python, and other technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related fields.
- At least three years of dedicated experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, business process reengineering, or organizational change.
- Proven ability in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements effectively.
- Hands-on experience with business process modeling, process design, requirements management, and project coordination.
- Strong analytical skills in data interpretation with a track record of translating data insights into actionable business strategies; proficient in using SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in Microsoft Access including database design, query development, forms, reporting, and data management.
