Position Overview

Premier Talent Partners is looking to hire a Data Analyst for a contract role based in San Francisco, CA. This full-time onsite role operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with hourly compensation between $35 and $40. The successful candidate will collaborate across different organizations to deliver insights and analyses that influence decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret intricate data sets to guide strategic and operational decision-making.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve processes for data collection, migration, and management.
• Create and maintain clear, actionable reports and dashboards aligned with company objectives.
• Effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders via reports and presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency during data migration projects.
• Provide excellent customer support by promptly resolving user inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
• Keep thorough interaction logs using CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets to enhance business effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related position.
• Strong skills in written communication, data analysis, and managing data migration.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle changing priorities and multiple projects.
• Capacity to present complex data insights succinctly and understandably.
• A positive, motivated approach contributing to organizational success.
