About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst Engineer to enhance project reporting, oversee performance tracking, and enable data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing project datasets, crafting dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and delivering insightful recommendations aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Examine project-related data to detect patterns and assess performance metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual data presentations.
• Track and report on project KPIs at regular intervals.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality datasets.
• Provide project teams with data-supported guidance and suggestions.
• Communicate analytical results effectively to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Monitoring performance.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other reporting software.
• Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards and KPI reports.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholder communications.
