About the Role
OnStak Inc. is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Assistant to support our operational workflows. This role focuses on precise data input and management aimed at boosting our organizational efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Input data accurately and promptly into company databases and systems.
- Check and validate data to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
- Organize and keep data files and records systematically updated.
- Support report generation and create summaries based on compiled data.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize data entry procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Exceptional precision and dedication to detail.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Capability to function effectively both independently and with a team.
- Excellent skills in organization and managing time efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of data management software is advantageous.
- Experience working in environments with high workflow tempo.
- Effective communication abilities.
