Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proficient Data Entry Operator to become part of our team at Seven Seas Beauty Products, located in Sadar Bazar, Delhi-NCR. The role requires an individual with a quick typing capability, solid computer proficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Working Hours

The position entails working from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Primary Duties

Input and update data across company databases, including ERP systems and spreadsheets such as Excel.
Confirm data accuracy prior to system entry.
Organize and maintain both digital and hard copy records efficiently.
Produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets tools.
Identify and amend any errors found in data records.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and refresh necessary information.
Protect the confidentiality and safety of sensitive data.
Carry out consistent backups of critical data to prevent loss.

Skills and Competencies

Fast typing skills combined with excellent accuracy.
Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets applications.
Basic understanding of general computer operations and internet navigation.
Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational capabilities.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform tasks independently as well as collaborating within a team environment.

Compensation

The remuneration for this position ranges between 15,000 to 20,000 INR monthly.
