Data-Video Generalist (Remote, Contract)

Position Overview

Join Crossing Hurdles as a Data-Video Generalist working remotely across the United States with a flexible contract commitment ranging from 10 up to 40 hours weekly. This role offers an hourly compensation of $13. You will be responsible for capturing accurate motion data alongside synchronized video recordings to assure data integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a smartphone's sensor system (IMU) to record precise motion data during designated physical activities.
• Film synchronized video clips to validate and support the collected sensor information.
• Strictly adhere to detailed technical protocols, meeting established quality, labeling, and determinism criteria.
• Ensure the punctual and dependable submission of data in line with project deadlines.
• Maintain open communication with team members to clarify instructions and share feedback regarding data collection.
• Engage in device compatibility testing and complete a specialized AI-driven interview process as part of the recruitment.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a head strap enabling recording of both hands, available within 48 hours of commencing work.
• Capability to consistently follow standardized protocols with high technical accuracy.
• Demonstrated reliability in producing quality deliverables in dynamic, data-focused settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively document tasks and collaborate remotely.
• Experience using mobile devices and proficient digital literacy.
