Join one of the world's leading pizza delivery companies as a Delivery Driver where teamwork and dedication are highly valued. Domino's Pizza is actively seeking reliable Delivery Experts to become part of our expanding team in Bono, AR. You will have the flexibility to choose from short or long shifts according to your availability, with options for part-time or full-time schedules.
Compensation
Our drivers typically earn over $20 per hour, which includes a base wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage are paid out daily, while hourly wages are paid biweekly.
Delivery Vehicle Options
Delivery drivers may use their personal vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement that covers fuel and vehicle maintenance expenses or opt for one of our company-provided vehicles. Using a company vehicle requires being at least 21 years of age, having at least 2 years of clean driving history and a safe driving record.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages promptly within designated areas.
- Navigate efficiently using maps and technology for safe and swift delivery, including the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs.
- Maintain safe driving practices and represent the company with professionalism during all deliveries.
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
- Work areas may involve compact spaces, exposure to food odors, hot surfaces, and mechanical equipment.
- Physical demands include walking, carrying, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and hand coordination tasks such as pizza assembly and box handling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (review based on Motor Vehicle Report).
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance if using personal transportation.
- Ability to read maps and navigate delivery locations accurately.
- Capable of working alone and collaboratively, handling stress, performing repetitive tasks, and applying good judgment.
