About the Role
Ingenio is collaborating with a rapidly expanding Irish SaaS company that is heavily investing in its next phase of growth. They are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to lead pipeline creation and contribute to the company's go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for demand generation strategy, focusing primarily on pipeline expansion.
- Develop and refine campaigns across various channels including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, partnerships, and other acquisition methods.
- Enhance the customer experience from initial interaction through to qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with target accounts and revenue targets.
- Optimize website functionality and improve conversion rates.
- Experiment with new growth strategies, analyze outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign performance regularly and implement improvements for greater marketing efficiency.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipelines and driving revenue growth.
- Proficient in managing multi-channel marketing efforts including content, SEO, paid media, and partnerships.
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
- A marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and effectively collaborates with Sales teams to optimize the sales funnel.
