About the Role
Axiom Technologies is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support end users and keep workplace systems running smoothly in Hyderabad. The role focuses on troubleshooting desktop and peripheral issues, working across multiple Windows operating systems, and carrying out standard hardware and software setup tasks.
Key Duties
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to PCs, desktops, and connected peripherals.
- Support end users on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11 environments.
- Install and configure hardware and software as required.
- Work with SCCM for system deployment and related support activities.
- Use basic understanding of SOE standards while assisting with desktop setup and maintenance.
