Role Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex web and eCommerce development projects across diverse platforms including Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify/Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, and mobile apps.
• Clearly communicate technical details and concepts to clients to foster understanding and expectation alignment.
• Anticipate and identify potential risks early, maintaining project trajectory and mitigating challenges proactively.
• Ensure all stakeholders—clients and internal teams—are held responsible for outcomes and deliverables.
• Craft and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate the efforts of developers, designers, QA specialists, and SEO professionals across simultaneous projects.
• Conduct structured status meetings to provide consistent and transparent updates to all involved parties.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients from project initiation through launch and post-launch support.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
• Contribute to enhancing delivery methodologies, workflows, and communication practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of digital project management experience within agency settings, especially managing web and eCommerce initiatives.
• Practical experience with multiple eCommerce platforms and mobile application projects.
• Solid grasp of web development phases including discovery, scoping, design, build, quality assurance, and deployment procedures.
• Strong client management abilities, with confidence in setting, managing, and communicating expectations clearly throughout the project.
• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple projects, balancing deadlines and resource allocation adeptly.
• Proactive risk identification and resolution skills to keep projects progressing smoothly.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or equivalents.
• Highly organized, detail-conscious, and accountable mindset, committed to owning delivery and fostering structured communications in complex scenarios.
