Role Overview

This role offers District Managers the chance to lead rather than just supervise. You will oversee approximately 10 to 12 stores, allowing you to develop strong bonds with Store Managers and their teams, appreciate the individuality of each location, and impact both team growth and business outcomes significantly. We provide our leaders autonomy and flexibility to coach, make strategic decisions, and elevate performance in alignment with our values and district-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 10–12 stores within the Central district, including locations such as Dorking, Reigate, Orpington DTU, Oxted, and Sidcup.
• Build meaningful relationships with Store Managers and staff to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• Coach and mentor teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Exercise decision-making authority to positively influence store performance and team dynamics.
• Contribute to shaping the wider business by working closely with the growing leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience as a District Manager or in a comparable multi-site leadership capacity.
• A combined background in hospitality and the coffee sector is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for developing teams and enhancing customer experiences.
• Authentic leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the nearest store to enable hands-on leadership.
