Job description
Job Summary
A driver position is available in multiple departments including bakery and confectionery production as well as a café. This is a full-time role with good fixed pay.
Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles for transportation and delivery purposes.
- Conduct purchasing trips as required.
- Perform duties related to driving and logistical support.
Requirements
- For the confectionery factory driver position: previous experience driving expeditions is necessary.
- Age limit up to 36 years.
- For the café driver position: must own a personal vehicle.
- Working hours from 13:00 to midnight.
- Minimum of three years driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Khujand city required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a non-confrontational attitude.
Work Conditions
- Work schedule follows a 6 days on / 1 day off pattern.
- Salary includes a base plus a 10% commission on sales for the confectionery driver role.
- Free meals provided during shifts.
- Fuel expenses covered for the café driver position.
- Bonuses for excellent performance.
