Overview
We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Executive to oversee operations on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role involves managing product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment coordination to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee seller accounts on marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create new product listings and update existing ones.
- Manage inventory levels, set product pricing, and process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track sales data and generate performance reports.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues.
- Enhance product listings to improve visibility and increase sales.
- Maintain precise product information with timely updates.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a bachelor's degree.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub platforms.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
