Role overview
This position is for a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of an executive education programme based in Dublin 2. The role carries responsibility for the full programme lifecycle, from early planning through to graduation, with a strong focus on quality delivery and participant satisfaction.
What you will do
- Work alongside the Head of Learning & Education to run a professional development programme on a day-to-day basis.
- Build and maintain programme schedules and ensure activities stay on track.
- Oversee both classroom-based and online delivery formats.
- Coordinate with tutors and external partners to keep programme execution aligned.
- Support participant onboarding and help manage the examination process.
- Organise graduation events and related programme milestones.
- Maintain programme materials and resources so they remain current and accessible.
- Ensure the participant experience is smooth, professional and high quality throughout.
Experience needed
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in programme management, project coordination or operational roles. Backgrounds in executive education, professional training, membership organisations, higher education or similar settings are especially relevant.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is €65,000 to €68,000, depending on experience.
