Entry-Level Data Analyst

Position Overview

Refocus LLC is looking to hire an Entry-Level Data Analyst to enhance business decision-making by performing data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization tasks. This full-time role is remote or hybrid and based across various locations in the United States. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to derive insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and preprocess data from diverse sources for accuracy and usability.
• Develop informative reports and interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI or Tableau platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant datasets.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using tools like Excel and Python.
• Identify meaningful trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing reporting and business intelligence projects to improve decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python programming, and Power BI or Tableau software.
• Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts, databases, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Experience participating in analytics-related projects or internships.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with effective communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, version control tools like Git/GitHub, AI-driven analytics, and introductory machine learning is advantageous.
