About the Role
We are urgently seeking a skilled Account & Finance Executive to join our team at an IT Technologies organization based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in accounting and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes efficiently.
- Handle taxation matters including GST and TDS compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general accounting records.
- Use Tally ERP for accounting operations and reporting.
- Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Thorough knowledge of account receivables and payables.
- Strong understanding of Taxation, GST, TDS, and related statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
Working Conditions
The position follows a five-day workweek schedule.
