About The Role
Tribe Group is seeking professionals experienced with financial tasks either as part of administrative duties or from dedicated accounts roles. Candidates should be capable of delivering outstanding, customer-focused, friendly, and efficient support in various financial management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling accounts receivable and payable functions
- Managing credit control processes
- Administering payroll duties
- Overseeing receipts and payments
- Preparing GST returns
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accounting journals
- Supporting budgeting, cost center oversight, and financial reporting
- Performing accurate data entry and processing transactions
About You
Successful candidates will have prior experience performing finance-related duties using financial software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, or similar systems. Demonstrated multitasking skills, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and the capacity to work independently with excellent organization and time management are essential. Flexibility to work remotely or onsite as required is necessary due to current working conditions.

- Intermediate competency in Excel for daily use
