Position Overview
Join a rapidly expanding AI company as a Founding Business Development Representative, playing a key role in establishing the outbound sales operations from the ground up. Collaborate closely with senior management to define sales strategies and accelerate your progression towards an Account Executive position within 12 to 18 months.
Work Environment
Due to the company's rapid growth phase, full-time onsite presence is required at their Dublin City Centre office, Monday through Friday.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead outbound sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling high-value meetings.
- Conduct thorough research on target industries and develop customized outreach initiatives.
- Perform discovery calls to uncover client challenges and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with founders and Account Executives to refine outbound sales strategies and messaging.
