About the role
Scoutit is hiring a Frontend Developer to build and support software components within a collaborative product team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on creating high-quality, testable solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to delivery through modern engineering practices.
What you will do
- Design, build, and validate component-level software solutions that are unit tested and ready for integration.
- Take part in an automated CI/CD workflow that moves code through the necessary quality checks and release steps.
- Investigate customer-raised issues, create fixes, and test them thoroughly before deployment.
- Deliver dependable software outcomes using modern and proven technologies while meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Work in an Agile team environment, clarify requirements with stakeholders, and contribute ideas that help the solution succeed.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and shipping software solutions.
- Comfort working in Agile, collaborative teams with a strong focus on stakeholder needs.
- Ability to create component-level designs and implement code that is ready for unit testing and integration.
- Exposure to automated CI/CD pipelines and the practices needed to support smooth delivery.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability for resolving complex software issues.
Preferred education
A Master's degree is preferred.
Preferred technical experience
- Experience delivering software with modern technologies across front-end, back-end, and DevOps-related work.
- Comfort collaborating in Agile environments and translating requirements into quality solutions.
- Understanding of automated CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices.
