We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of this enchanting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement annual planting schedules that brighten and renew seasonal flower beds.
• Prepare seed beds and oversee the growth and care of various plants.
• Plant and cultivate trees, shrubs, hedges, bulbs, and flowers with precision.
• Maintain lawns through regular weeding, trimming, fertilizing, watering, and mowing.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure plant vitality.
• Prune trees, care for them meticulously, and set up necessary plant support structures.
• Design and construct both softscape and hardscape garden features that complement the surroundings.
• Effectively control pests and diseases to preserve the health of the gardens.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses strong knowledge of plant varieties, garden bed preparation, and plant maintenance techniques.
• Familiar with horticultural practices and principles.
• Demonstrates a hardworking nature and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team member within a small, close-knit group.
