700apps is looking for a seasoned and outcome-focused General Manager to spearhead its Software and Technology business activities within Saudi Arabia. This leadership role involves driving expansion, managing daily operations, overseeing financial health, and leading versatile teams to fulfill strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic business visions and plans.
• Oversee all facets of business operations to guarantee operational excellence and efficiency.
• Stimulate revenue growth, profit margins, and broader market penetration specifically across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage overall profitability and loss, budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial outcomes.
• Recruit, guide, and develop high-caliber leadership teams, fostering a culture emphasizing responsibility and innovation.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with principal clients, partners, and government representatives.
• Scout for new business prospects and champion initiatives that widen the service offerings.
• Supervise sales, project delivery, operational processes, and customer success to ensure top-notch client experiences.
• Ensure all activities comply with local laws, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
• Promote digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiencies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to sustain a competitive edge.
• Provide detailed reports on business performance and strategic advice to executives and shareholders.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi Arabian national.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Have over 15 years of relevant experience in Software, Technology, or Digital Transformation sectors.
• At least 7 years holding senior management or general management positions.
• Demonstrated capability to manage sizeable teams and cross-functional units effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software, digital transformation solutions, and IT consulting.
• Proven record of driving business expansion and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong financial management skills including P&L oversight, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership qualities coupled with outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred experience working with government or enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Capability to lead change management and implement strategic initiatives in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced business degree.
• Experience in leading technology consulting or software services firms.
• Familiarity with Saudi ICT market and alignment with Vision 2030 plans.
• Experience managing operations across multiple sites or regional divisions.
• Track record of growing teams, refining processes, and scaling business operations.
