Graduate Programme Overview
We are committed to nurturing tomorrow's industry leaders with our comprehensive eighteen-month graduate programme launched in 2009, which has already trained over 360 graduates—many now long-term team members. Designed to mirror real-world industry demands, the programme offers expert-led training sessions and masterclasses, access to international project experience, and the opportunity to collaborate on strategic research projects presenting findings directly to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings as required by project needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support project developments.
- Assist Intermediate and Senior Engineers in various project tasks and responsibilities.
- Verify that designs comply with all project specifications and standards.
- Develop technical submittals aligned with project requirements and procurement timelines.
- Ensure that all ordered materials and equipment are approved and conform to specifications.
- Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools to aid in construction planning and work packaging.
Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Holders of a Level 8 or equivalent Bachelor's degree, ideally with an expected or achieved 2:1 Honours classification.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within team environments.
- Meticulous attention to the quality and presentation of work outputs.
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
Desirable Experience
- Previous exposure to the construction industry or relevant trade background is advantageous.
