About the Role
Join Royal Papworth Charity as a Grants Officer and contribute to the impactful distribution of over £3 million annually to support patient care, research, innovation, and staff wellbeing at a renowned heart and lung specialist hospital. This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a growing charity during a critical phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of the charity's grant-giving program from initial application through to impact reporting. Collaborate closely with clinicians, researchers, and hospital teams to transform innovative ideas into funded projects that enhance patient outcomes and healthcare advancements. Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, ensuring funds are distributed fairly, transparently, and in alignment with the charity's strategic objectives.
