Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The role involves creating visually appealing content tailored for print and digital mediums that support marketing drives, product launches, and promotions. Designers will collaborate with various teams to ensure the graphics fit brand strategies and promote product awareness effectively. Responsibilities include developing banners, logos, flyers, social media graphics, product visuals, and other branding materials, as well as adapting designs for seasonal campaigns and new product introductions maintaining uniformity and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
Proven graphic design experience, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or wholesale industries
A robust and imaginative portfolio showcasing digital and print design skills
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience in branding, logo design, and product image editing
Knowledge of principles for design best practices and optimization
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Capable of managing multiple deadlines and projects efficiently
Familiar with project management tools like Trello
Reliable internet and adept with communication tools such as WhatsApp and Skype

Key Responsibilities

Work with the design team to conceptualize and execute creative visual content
Produce and refine graphics for digital channels, printed materials, and branding purposes
Design assets including banners, social media graphics, logos, flyers, posters, and business cards
Support branding by editing product images with custom logos and branding elements
Maintain design standards ensuring brand consistency across all materials
Offer insights on design techniques and optimization for various platforms
Handle concurrent projects effectively, ensuring quality and timely output
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements
Organize and maintain graphic files in PNG, JPG, and PSD formats according to project needs
