Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Gym Trainer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in exercise science and fitness methodologies combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of exercise science to design effective fitness programs.
- Motivate and communicate effectively with clients ensuring the best experience.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster client retention and satisfaction.
- Understand basic nutrition and recovery techniques to advise clients appropriately.
- Maintain professionalism and discipline while working collaboratively within a team.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of fitness principles and exercise science.
- Effective communication and motivational capabilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and recovery strategies.
- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information
Shift work is mandatory, including weekends and holiday schedules to accommodate client needs.
