Role Overview
Stafford School in Lucknow is seeking an HR Recruiter to help attract, evaluate, and hire capable professionals for both teaching and non-teaching positions. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting hiring across the institution.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities from sourcing to final hiring.
- Find suitable candidates using job boards, social channels, and professional contacts.
- Review applications and conduct first-round screening interviews.
- Arrange interviews with department leaders and senior management.
- Manage candidate follow-up, communication, and offer-related steps.
- Keep recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring summaries up to date.
- Assist with employer branding and broader talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Hands-on exposure to sourcing candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Recruitment experience in the education sector will be considered an added advantage.
