Role Overview

The Insights Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging data to influence strategic and operational decisions. Beyond crafting reports, this role requires partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze complex challenges, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that guide business improvements. You will be responsible for translating data into compelling narratives and recommendations that impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to detect patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights supporting strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate quick, informed decision-making by leaders.
  • Communicate complex data clearly through storytelling and actionable recommendations driving business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Data, and Technology teams to tackle business problems and implement data-supported solutions.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators related to business and customer metrics to propose enhancements.
  • Present findings and strategic advice to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Assist in strategic projects by providing analysis, tracking performance, and supporting informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational processes, and overall business performance.
  • Apply curiosity, critical analysis, and strategic thought to explore root causes and advocate for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various departments to ensure data-driven objectives are met.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
  • 0-3 years experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, finance, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex business issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with aptitude to manage large datasets.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and using data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Capability to convert data into meaningful insights and practical business suggestions.
  • Skilled at creating dashboards and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, operations, product analytics, or strategy is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, experimentation, predictive models, AI tools, or programming in Python/R is a plus.
