Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team. This full-time role requires flexibility to work shifts covering early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen at all times.
• Efficiently perform basic cleaning chores.
• Collect kitchen supplies and manage washing tasks.
• Clean crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils thoroughly.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and prepared.
• Keep work surfaces, floors, and walls sanitized and spotless.
• Adhere strictly to all kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in all scheduled training sessions.
• Perform additional assigned kitchen duties as necessary.
